Food Safety Policy

It is our top priority to conform to CFIA and Industry Standards when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene of our operations and product. Conformation is achieved by having formal risk assessments with all of our crew onboard and if deemed necessary, a formal risk assessment with our customers quality control personnel and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency with their HACCP format. This policy is to ensure that we do our part to ensure that the customer gets the quality product that they deserve.

Our company has a class 3 Fish - Food Premises License obtained from our provincial government along with CFIA Safe Food for Canadians Certification obtained from our Federal Government, for our operations. Standard operation procedures have been made in order for us to mitigate any risk of food becoming deemed unsafe for human consumption, within our operations.
