Striving to Bring Value to our Customers Year Round

Special Projects for Continuous Improvement

We have invested in our land based lobster storage/processing facility. With catching the strongest lobster in the world, it is a waste to have to sell them all before summer starts. With this facility, we can control the water quality and temperature in which our lobsters are stored in, in order to supply all of our customers all summer. With this and our ocean storage facility, we can now supply our customers all year long.

We will be able to grade, maintain, monitor, package, sell, and bring value to our customers with our own lobster we catch in our LFA 36 all year round. We will especially bring value to domestic retailers and wholesalers who are burdened by the high demand of lobster worldwide.

We have also invested in our larger ocean based live lobster storage facility. With this along with our floating processing facility, this supports our process/flow to purchase, weigh, and grade live lobster from other fishermen.

With the ocean temperatures being conducive to lobster hibernating in the winter, we are able to store live lobster in this larger facility from November to May with minimal risk to the quality and health of the lobster we catch and purchase. Value added for lobster being stored in the ocean vs. our land based facility, is while the lobster are stored all winter, they continuously feed on the natural nutrients provided by the natural seawater surrounding them.
